For all of you that loved the ribs, don't waste your time. Apparently they have another new vendor that pre-cooks and this one doesn't know how to make ribs. Ordered ribs and couldn't cut them with a knife or even tear them apart. The second order was no different! Just sad because used to love their ribs

The food was great as usual. We ordered to go, when we got home we realized we only had 12 out of the 24 wings. I called to let them know. The girl argued with me saying "No you didn't, I counted them myself " she irritated me with rudness so I put my friend on the phone. She asked to speak with the manager and was refused for about 5 min. The little girl continued to say " but why!? " and "You need a valid reason" eventually the manager Amod gets on the phone . He was nice a respectful. He made us 24 more wings. They were not the flavor we were missing but he tried. At least he tried and wasn't disgustingly disrespectful and entitled like that little girl up front.

Called in our order, when I picked it up I was missing 2 items and 2 of my 3 dishes were prepared wrong. I checked the receipt and the order was taken down correctly, so not sure why they had it wrong and chose not to fix it. The same thing happened last week as well. I understand everywhere is short staffed, but as much as it costs now they should not be so careless. The food was not even warm when I picked it up and I was there 5 minutes before my scheduled time. Not worth the hassle or money.
