I have been taking my Golden Doodle and Irish Doodle here since she opened (have had about 4-5 appointments each). She and her staff are always inviting and open to feedback on their cuts each time. Responses are prompt and it is nice you are able to make an appointment and not have to wait all day for your dog to get serviced. My Golden Doodle doesn't freak out like she has at other places which also tells me she is gentle and caring with our four legged friends. I have recommended to several people who also have had positive experiences.

I was so happy to find a dog groomer on the west side of South Bend near Meijer on Portage. My dogs quickly became used to the routine. Even their 2nd time there, they acted eager to go in. My vet asked me who did my mini Schnauzer's grooming, because it was such a good job!!

We took Lola ,our German Shepard Akita mix, here for the first time for a brushing and bath. She is elderly with weakness in her back hips and some trouble with mobility. The care that they took with her as well as the quality of her grooming is outstanding! She’s never looked so good nor have I been this satisfied with any other grooming service.
