I've used P & R sod in the past for both our home and my rental properties. We were very pleased with them in the past so we decided to hire them again for 2 rental properties we just acquired. They came to our properties the next day to give quotes for sod replacement in the front yard for 1 and full replacement for the 2nd property. They installed sod shortly after we agreed to move forward. Their rates were much better than the other sod companies. We have also recommend them to family and friends. They were a pleasure to work with.

First off,. I will never recommend P&R Sod. This company does not stand by their product! In less than 2 weeks there was a 10x10 patch of dying grass. They came out and said it has a fungas. they do not have any responsibility of grass once it is laid. I don't consider this maintenance, I feel they should stand by the product you sold. You would think a reputable company would treat diseased sod that they brought in. The contract does state they do not do maintenance, but I don't consider a new lawn to be maintenance. Our lawn maintenance company said they felt the sod company should take care of it , So, at the end of the day we have to shell out more $$

Extremely pleased with the services of Mark and his crew. They did a great job in preparing the site beforehand, meeting our specifications and installed the best looking sod that we have ever purchased in our 15 years of living in Florida. Sod was cut from the farm the same day as it was laid, thick, dark green turf attached to rich, dense, dark soil. Definitely adds curb appeal to our home and based on our experience, would definitely recommend this company.
