It was quick & easy. The appartment is clean and kept up. 7/30/22 the fan is still on, Hendricks Electric will be happy!

Staff is always friendly and resolves any property issues promptly. My family has lived here for a decade and I came back to rent my own space in the same place simply because of the quality and comfort of the apartments, super friendly maintenance staff, and amazing ladies in the leasing office. Sabrina has always been amazing to myself and my family after all these years! They put a lot of effort into maintaining a safe, clean, and great place to call home if you have to be one to rent making the cost to live here reasonable in comparison. 3/26/22 Maintenance review - As always, Willie was prompt to respond and resolve the request! :)

Settlers Run was a nice and safe place to stay while in between homes. My husband and I lived in one of the town homes and it was nice. The first few weeks we lived there was rough; our carpet had been replaced but the pad of the carpet was not and we had fleas from the previous renters. We were able to get it taken care of quickly but it was frustrating. After that experience, we really had a very nice and pleasant time. Our water heater gave out and Willy (the maintenance guy) was on it very quickly. He got in contact with us and replaced it within 24 hours. I would say that it can be loud in the complex and that is just normal with renting. We did have some issues with dog owners NOT cleaning up the waste around our apartment. The office staff is helpful and understanding. I did rent a carport because I could never find a parking spot close to our place. We had many times where people just wanted to park there to be out of the weather. I didn't want to tow them (even though I could) but you have to either deal with it or chance the karma. I would live in the apartment again if I needed to. Apartment living is not always ideal but it was nice and homey.

DO NOT RENT HERE. I can't wait to get out of here. I have been renting from Settlers Run for awhile and been putting up with this place due to the fact that I have not been able to find the house I want , housemarket is way too expensive right now. I have never been late on rent and every time something needs fixed I swear they used clue and scotch tape to "fix it". Good luck with getting things fixed the proper way. Your rent will go up every year and these units are rundown. Outside the units are very dirty as well it's kind of embarrassing having people come over when the walk ways look dirty and trashy. Never can't get parking. The property manager is clueless and letting these apartments complex literally fall apart. I do have to say the maintenance guys are pretty nice and try their best and also the ladies in the office. But all this is due to very poor management. I will be definitely getting out of here asap.

My daughter pays $780 for a 1 bedroom on the 1st floor. My other daughter used to rent the 2 story 3 bedroom townhouse for $1200.
Settlers Run is not income based
