Our wedding coordinator recommended Linda for our wedding day and she did not disappoint! We met with Linda at the beginning of our wedding planning and knew right away that she would be a perfect fit. She was easy to communicate with, she was calm, kind, and brought a portfolio of her work in which we fell in love with. Yes absolutely. I have photographed all over New England, including Cape Cod weddings, Marthas Vineyard weddings, events in Newport, RI and the White Mountains along with many other areas in Maine, Vermont and Connecticut.
That is entirely up to my couples. About 80% of my weddings are photographed solo and that is because I am super comfortable with my experience in being both the main photographer and the photographer that creates the different angles and unique candids. I am a photojournalist with strong skills to do it all. BUT, if budget permits, having a second photographer is always great - so let's talk about your needs.
Back up cameras, back up flashes, back up batteries, back up lenses - backup everything! I also carry $1,000,000 of liability insurance.
I have been photographing weddings for 25 years and I still love every one of them. Even when I don't have a wedding booked, you'll find me hitting up my photographer friends to go second shoot for them. I just can't get enough. About 5 years ago I counted and it was over 1200 weddings and I've probably done 100+ more since then.
3-4 weeks after your wedding, I will send you a link to a gallery with your high resolution jpegs available for download. Once you download your images, you will need to back them up on your choice of storage devices - preferably two for safe keeping. You will have printing rights to your photos. My studio holds the copyright to the images, so if you'd like to share your photos with your wedding vendors, have them get in touch with me and I'm happy to connect with them.
Upon request, I will send you a contract that can be signed electronically and a $1000 retainer can be paid electronically as well. Easy Breezy!! Once the deposit is paid, the wedding date will be reserved.
I want you to look at your photos now and in years to come and remember all of the joy, excitement and emotion you felt on your wedding day. I am a hopeless romantic and I strive to create photos that capture that. And if in doing so, we all burst out laughing, I love that too! I am all about the fun - silly, goofy, crazy fun. But if you are the more sophisticated type, I won't try to create photos that feel fake to you. I'm here to tell your story. Naturally posed family portraits, fun and creative wedding party photos, classic + timeless photos of you and your partner and tons of candid shots that you aren't even aware are happening.
