365 cycles is a scam. They’re a drop-ship company that doesn’t take accountability for what they sell. There’s also no way to reach them directly, other than via email to an oversees contact center they farm out to. I purchased two wheels from them - one came later than promised, and the other came with the wrong hub driver and was an outdated model with a known warranty issue (purchased in 2022, got a 2021 with a warranty issue. No mention of model year in the online order). They now won’t help me with the warranty issue, so I’m out a pair of wheels while I deal with dt Swiss, right after dropping $2200 on new wheels.

Ordered a few products from 365 Cycles for my own bicycle repair shop. Never had any issues with them. All orders have shipped and arrived earlier than the quoted time. All products have arrived new and without any damage at all. A+ company!

These guys are excellent. I needed some screws for my bike shoe clips and they are a real pain to find. They had them and I received them, tracked USPS in Miami very quickly, 3 days. A great product and even better customer service. Thank you.
