Two days. Two days my packages been delivered at the wrong location. I have attached instructions on my account with UPS as well as Amazon and none of these drivers I guess can read the English language because they ring the front doorbell and drop the box. Instead of going around back per my attached instructions. If men had to read directions in order to have sex there would be no population problem.

I requested a new prepaid card Direct Express where I receive my SSA pension. They never provided me with with a tracking # or any other other form. The new card was issued on December 28 and it were supposed to deliver it in 2 business days but I didn't receive it. How I should track it down without the tracking #. Is there a hot line available to speak to a person at her than a machine?

Sign up for UPS quantam and you can pick delivery times or pick hold for pickup.

Same thing with me,correct address by sender and U.P.S.changed it to a non_address

Yep contact UPS. They will find out where the driver left the package & then u can report it stolen.

Yup, they open late for people that they called so they can pick up. Normally this is for people that had overnight packages that require signature but they missed the delivery.

No, it is a service center, they are open for pickup on Saturdays. UPS does deliver on Saturday.

The open up the office from 7pm - 9pm. You do have to call them so that they don't reload your package into another truck. Just ask them to hold it for you in the office. Once you get there, it may take a minute to get your package only because there is no way of knowing when the truck that has your package will arrive.

I think calling UPS is the best way to figure that out.

It depends on city you live.

They might not have been active when you called them or are deep in some snow.
