When I got there little earlier than my appointment at 10:40, I was told it will be like an hour and a half for my service. After a couple of hours I wasn’t still called. So I was just standing around the checkout area. One of the service guy came up asked if I needed help. So I said I was wondering if my car’s ready to checkout I’ve been waiting for two hours, the guy who check me in heard the conversation and said it’s four minutes before two hours, he will be done before 12:40. Wasn’t sure if he’s joking. He said he’s just finishing up the paperwork. Which I wouldn’t bother with an apology I know by now it happens a lot with them. But then this guy start chatting with other two workers there, how the first guy got me upset and how was their yesterday because there was a lady who was mad at them. Like I don’t exist there. He did all his talks with his colleagues and finished the paper work. At that point I just wanted pay and escape from there. But on the summery I noticed a extra charge of $24.95 for the tire rotation which I never asked for. $86 dollars of an oil change and they charged extra &25 for the tire rotation.Of course the answer wasn’t very helpful, they said everything went up. I don’t know how to explain the atmosphere of that room that day. I have been their customer for many years used their service center many times. Used to be much more professional and welcoming. It was very disappointing
