Ordered online like always. Had enough points for a free pizza. Ordered it and I thought I changed the time to 5 but as i checked out it said order will be ready in 12-15 mins (it was about ten till 4p). I immediately called the store to tell them what happened and they said ok no worries we'll put you down for 5:15p pickup. Cool. Get there and it was obvious that the pizza got made at almost 4 and sat in the oven for over an hour! If they weren't going to make it fresh closer to me picking up they should've just said that! My kids didn't even want that pizza! Cheese was hard before we even made it home and only live 5 mins away!

It was better than my last order... I used the app. two toppings pepperoni and onions stuffed crust (cheese) .simple and to the point ... Lol Can really go wrong with a pan pizza from Pizza hut 🤷🏾‍♂️

My family of four including two children going to bed tonight straving without any food because of this Pizza Hut location. I called this location and ordered a pizza at 9.38 pm. They agreed dilver the food to our hotel room in 25 minutes. 42 minutes passed no food was delivered to our room. I called and same girl who took the order tried to change her voice and accent pretend to be different store and said they don't have my order. No offer to help. I was so disappointed and we have no food tonight because of Pizza Hut's employee's ignorance behavior. Stay away from this store.

The pizza was delicious. However, the best part was the courteous delivery person. He placed our pizza at the door on top of the delivery bag, knocked, and stepped back so we could have contact free delivery. He was extremely nice, this is the 2nd time he has been our delivery person and he has been courteous and thoughtful both times. His attention to detail is much appreciated.
