We had a great experience getting my daughter's permit yesterday. The security guard and front desk staff were patient, helpful, and friendly. The manager was accommodating as well. There was a wait time to pay afterwards. Our teller was in training, but pleasant and helpful as well.

The wait time is horrible. Almost everyone is rude and sits and talks to to each other behind the counter before they help anyone. They are rude especially thr manager. She was not helpful and does not have a personality to work with other people. Worse place ever. I would drive 1 hr to find a better location

Absolutely horrendous experience. I am trying to get my vehicle registered in NY state again after moving out and get a NY license again. The process can be daunting and overwhelming to make sure you have all the paperwork and things you need. The extremely rude male employee when I walked up to his counter rolled his eyes at me as he began to notice I didn't have the proper paper work. Instead of directing me to the info desk politely he continued to talk under his breath and at one point was saying "...did you have any of the paper work filled out, no, you just grabbed a ticket and came up here, unreal" and then very rudely prompted me to go to the info desk and continued to mumble under his breath as I walked away. I have never felt so insulted and belittled after going to an establishment like this. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else to avoid getting this blunt and extremely negative and rude male employee as the person who has to complete your transaction and if you do get him, GOOD LUCK, he's seriously the most rude individual.
