I went in for a pick up order of 2 plates(one had extra hot sauce)and a cheese quesadilla. I was never told my total on the phone…fine. The girl tells me it’s $48.80!!!! Seriously?!? For 2 plates and a quesadilla?!?Their plates are 12.95 and $1 for extra hot sauce. Quesadilla $9 I believe. Where did this total come from?!? So I left without my food or paying. I’m now at Churchville Grill. Plates are 11.50 here. Plus we got the quesadilla and a grilled chicken Greek salad all for $46.50!!!! There was no explanation at Chili Hots as to why my bill was way over. Done going there!

OWNER WAS CLIPPING HIS FINGERNAILS IN THE KITCHEN IN-BETWEEN STIRING FOOD IN A POT!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Edit: reply from owner is FALSE. 2 people witnessed him clipping nails and heard nails being clipped. WE WATCHED IT HAPPEN.

Great food, great service.The Sky Burger is my favorite. Shakes are great, nice and thick. I've never had a bad meal from there. Probably one of the better plates in the area. Make sure you are clear with your order. I've ordered smaller items like hot sauce on the side, and failed to find it. Other than that I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Hence the 4 stars, no one is perfect.

Asked for everything and apparently that doesn't even include ketchup, which is a basic topping. There's barely any meat sauce at all. Can't find the cheese in the "grilled cheese". Just go to Tahou's for a garbage plate :/
