ncredibly rude staff and fraudulent doctor. Asked for a contact prescription and she gave me my eyeglass one because she didn’t want me to see that she put me down for Advita lens’ and not Acuvue Oasys and when I told them that I document all appointments with picture and recordings and I have proof of their fraudulent activities, they hang up and stop answering the phone. Truly disgusting women. Cassandra gives dirty and uncomfortable looks when you walk in and never greets you or anything. Reported to the BBB and insurance company being reported to as well. Take your business to WILMINGTON PERLE VISION! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED- they accommodated me so well and even dropped the price on the advita lens’ that I’m forced to buy bc of Methuan PERLE Vision. Comes in handy having a spouse who’s a lawyer!

This place is not cheap. I got an eye exam about a month ago with new glasses. I wear a bifocal. I still can not read clearly for distance, the words are blurry. This should never happen with a new prescription. I would NOT recommend Pearle Vision at the loop for eye exam or eye glasses. I have no desire to go back to rectify the situation as this should never happen if people know what they are doing. Lesson learned. I won't use them again.

My daughter ordered her glasses through this location. We were told it would take 10-14 business days. We waited to hear back but never did. I called after we had waited about 16 days I called, and was told that they were there and had been there for about 10 days!!! I am furious! My daughter could have been wearing them.

I have been a customer for roughly 5+ yrs there and have also had my family get services and made a couple of prescription glasses purchases for them as well. The doctor has always been very good and professional about our eye care. (5 Star easily had I had the option for individual doctor review). The low rating is purposely set to make it aware that some of the staff there (that's new) is something that can potentially hurt customer loyalty. I will not go into details of the recent experiences we encountered, but some of the customer satisfaction of shopping/purchasing isn't there anymore. Hopefully there is a change in the future, again, the doctor is great, but the staff needs some re-coaching on customer service and communication.
