I ordered a sugar free coffee with Splenda and they put regular sugar in it. Was not good for my diabetes. Double check your order.

Ordering Kiosk doesn't work. Stood there for 15- 20 minutes for two coffees. Come to find out from the kiosk to the counter (20 feet... Maybe), the order never "reached" the cash register/ computer. Never again.

I showed up around 8:12pm when I was told they just had power come back on. It would be about 15 minutes before they could take an order. Around 8:35 I finally spoke up at the speaker box and got my order taken. I was told their toaster wasn't warmed up yet to toast my buns. Then to top it off, I was given old french fries. When I questioned how I waited so long only to get food that was not fresh, I was asked if I wanted newer fries, which they did have made. 😑 Terrible experience.
