We bought our first camper from Kelly and Exit 1 RV just last spring 2021. We wanted to take this whole camping thing for a test drive before taking the plunge and upgrading to something with a few more bells and whistles. Well, after a summer of fun and finding out what we liked and didn’t like about our little camper, we contacted Kelly last October and told him we would be very interested in trading up should he ever find a camper that met our very specific wants and needs. This past June, Kelly contacted us to let us know a 2022 Coachmen Freedom Express would be coming in on trade and that it seemed to have everything we were looking for. It came in 3 weeks ago and Kelly was spot on! It literally had everything on our wish list and then some. We were able to work out a deal that same day. Kelly took the time to really understand what we wanted in a camper and then made it happen…again! On top of that, we had already made camping plans for the following week and guess what? Cris was able to get everything ready so that we could take delivery and enjoy our new camper just 6 days later…wow! The delivery process itself was very thorough. Cris took nearly 2 hours with me to go over the many features of our new camper. By the time I left, I was comfortable setting it all up on our maiden voyage that very same day. In sum, if you are looking for an RV dealership where the salesperson (Kelly), service Mgr (Cris) and the entire Exit 1 team works hard to make sure you get what you’re looking for and takes care of your service needs after the sale, look no further than Exit 1 RV. Kelly was the best salesman ever! Was very knowledgeable and even more helpful for my girlfriend and I who were purchasing our first travel trailer. I highly recommend him! Chris who gave us the demo after purchasing our travel trailer gave every detail and took his time going over what we had purchased and explained everything and it’s Uses so well! They were even nice enough to let me store it there for about three weeks after I purchased it for my truck needed work done to it. Overall 10 out of 10 satisfied with my whole experience at Exit 1 RV!

I can’t say enough good things about exit 1 RV. They truly are unlike any other rv dealership. Kelly, our sales rep, was helpful and honest from the moment we met him. He was straight forward and gave advice that felt more like it came from a friend than a salesman. He guided us through the process and not only maintained great communication, but was so pleasant and friendly through it all . The fact that they walked us through the RV for 2 hours explaining every detail was something that was so important to us, especially as newbies! For our walk through, Cris helped us and I can only say one thing: he had the patience of a saint. We asked a million silly questions and not once did he make us feel like we weren’t being heard. He completely calmed my nerves about the whole experience and really knew how to talk to me as a person and not a customer. He walked us through every bit of the camper inside out. They got us up and going in a travel trailer for the perfect budget we were looking for!

As I was on my first trip of the year with my 26' keystone trailer last saturday going from Vermont to Montreal I was reminded ( by the wind) how my trailer needed a friction sway bar as I reached 65 mph on route 7 just south of rutland. I knew that there was an RV shop close to my 22a exit so Google guided me into Exit 1 RV where I met shelly, I told her my issues and she went in the back to get Zack, their technician He came out and helped me pick the perfect friction sway bar control and explained how to install it. I then asked if I could borrow a few tools to perform the install right their in the parking lot because my drive to Montreal was going to be a wild one with the wind that day. He was more than willing to help out and lent me a ratchet, drill and proper drill bits to get the job done. After about 20-30 min the job was complete and then Zach came out to inspect the install and adjustments. It was obvious that Exit 1 RV was more concerned about my safety and experience than just my money I would highly recommend this business to any locals looking for honest people to buy and or service their RV or travel trailer and people passing by, they have perfect parking and plenty of parts and accessories in stock to get you taken of for your trip.
