The so called customer service rep took delight in refusing return of a defective product. Then called over a "manager" to handle my objection to her action. While waiting for the "manager" the rep communicated via radio that a "second set of eyes" was needed. She did this three times in the minute and a half it took for the other person to arrive. It became quite obvious that needing a "second set of eyes" was code for just-say-no. Of course, when I called headquarters in Freeport and spoke with an individual who was actually employed to provide 'customer service', the matter was easily resolved, the return (free of charge) was set up and a replacement garment was shipped. Moral of story... don't expect help of any kind from this location if you have a defective merchandise return. Save yourself time and aggrivation by calling headquarters where the associates remain dedicated to providing the level of top-notch customer service that we've come to expect from L.L. Bean

Great store and everyone is very helpful. This store feels like an extension of the Flagship store in Freeport, Maine. Whenever we visit an L.L. Bean store, it is very rare that we walk away without purchasing any items. I bought a backpack that I needed and also a heavy duty winter coat. The quality is top-notch, the pricing is very competitive to The North Face and Patagonia. The people at L.L. Bean are always very helpful. Thanks and we’ll be back soon!

Hi Mary, while we have them during spring and summer, currently we are sold out and won't have more until after Christmas. They are available to order online however.
