I love this salon. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have been getting my hair cut by Nicole for about 5 years-she is a great listener and can always figure out what I'm looking for and what my hair needs. The massage that all customers receive during the hair wash is amazing!

The receptionist, Annie, was really professional and nice but unfortunately there is not a lot of flexibility with this establishment. Spa appointment packages book out no less than 1 month in advance. When I called to cancel my appointment a week and a half before my actual appointment, I tried to book a different service for two family members during the same date/time slot. They were not able to accommodate and said that the next available weekend appointment for the service I requested was 4 weeks out. Limited availability at this spa.

If you're looking for an amazing stylist, Jenny is the best!! Every time I come in for an appointment I leave so happy. No matter what color I want to dye my hair or change about the cut, she always makes it look so much better than how I could have even imagined. When I asked her to color my hair pink she gave me some really helpful tips on how to get the vibrant color to last longer. Her suggestions really helped and it didn't fade for so much longer than I had expected. Last time I came in, Carly washed my hair and she was so nice, friendly and professional! Will definitely be back again soon
