After going to several jewelers, I decided to get my wedding band at Hannoush. I was told the ring needed to be made in my size which was fine and that it would take approximately 4wks, but the woman was going to try her best to get it rushed as my wedding was shortly. This was September. I paid for the ring up front and finally after weeks on end being told it would be there and it wasn’t, I got a call that my ring was in the day prior to my honeymoon - Nov 6th. When I arrived at the store, it actually was not my ring. They even stated they have no idea how the mixup happened because the ring they sent was nowhere close to the diamonds, rows, or weight of my ring. I was given a lender in a bigger size with a ring guard to wear. This was not the cleanest option, nor did it look great. It would turn around on my finger all the time so one would see the guard instead of the diamonds. I was told they would adjust the price only once my ring actually came in. Never did they give a dollar amount, but I was assuming they would take care of their big mistake in the customer’s favor. Fast forward many more weeks, & time spent with the run around that it would come in on different occasions, my ring was finally in on Christmas Eve. I was sent on my way stating they couldn’t decide what they would offer me price wise because they didn’t have their costs in yet. Let’s recall I paid for my ring up front. Today I am told they can only take off a minimal amount in my opinion, a price that I had already told them on Tuesday was not going to cut it. It was followed up with I can either take that or return the ring. With the post office being blamed, being told another jeweler couldn’t have sized the ring either and that it was a good deal upfront. There’s nothing that puts a bad taste in my mouth more than a company playing the blame game and trying to convince a customer that something that was in fact their mistake is actually a good deal. Will be having a conversation with corporate, however I just wanted to let people know the customer service hannoush provided me with.

Got my girlfriend an engagement ring there a few months back. They needed a week to size. I gave them a month (wasn't proposing untill June) we drive all the way to Tennessee. Come to find out they didn't do the right size!!! If you can't trust a jeweler to take care of your engagment ring you really can't trust them with anything. Do not recommend
