True professionals! So, my brother in law was arrested and when I picked him up later on that night, he said they treated him good in the jail…. Everyone treated him with the utmost respect, never judging him. He also said the bail person was cool too! I’m writing because even tho his day wasn’t the greatest, he has came to appreciate the public officials and their jobs dealing with the public.

I have friends that were being harassed by Neighbors. I encouraged them to call Lowell Police and they came right down there and spoke to the neighbors and informed them that if they did it again they will be arrested. Also called them for some general information and they were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Very happy to live in Lowell and feel safe that they will respond when needed.

Corrupt group of thugs. I was very happy when I moved away from Lowell. Before I lived in Lowell I never had any run ins with LE other than a few traffic stops. Since I've moved away from Lowell I have never had any run ins with LE. While I lived in Lowell, I was harassed and threatened by Lowell LE even though I did nothing but walk down the street. One officer told me "I always win" and promised he would find something to arrest for. He didn't care that I was a law abiding citizen, he is just an abusive thug with a badge. I regret not getting his badge # and filling a complaint. In lowell that will probably just get you arrested. This PD has zero integrity or pride in their oaths to serve and protect. This is an abysmal cesspool of angry, power hungry, abusive thugs.
