Our basement carpet was so badly stained with cat vomit and dirt tracked in by workmen that I didn't have high expectations for what Duraclean could accomplish. But Chea worked absolute miracles and the carpet is astonishingly pristine -- this is a heavy Berber carpet that seems to really hold on to stains, too! It was a really difficult job, very well done. We are very appreciative!
