Rude dispatcher, took an hour at 2 am in Quincy. You would think they would be happy people aren't using a ride-app (uber/lyft wouldn't take my new card that ONE TIME lol!) I usually find the Independent Taxi people are awesome from LA TO HERE, but this one inparticular SUX

I am in the cab now. They send me a cab where the brakes are going. Plus the driver is driving really fast. I am almost positive he is drinking right now

Independent Taxi is undoubtedly the best cab company in Boston. Support these drivers! Cabs are much safer than Ubers, and these drivers sacrifice so much to get their medallions. I am a millennial and I avoid Uber at all costs. Support Independent Taxi! The drivers know the routes by heart and the highway exits if you are going to the suburbs. There is always great conversation, and they have a deep knowledge of the city.
