I have moved a number of times in and around Boston and I can say, without a doubt, Stairhopper Movers have been the BEST moving company that I have used. Their front office was incredibly responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions. The crew that was sent was INCREDIBLY patient and hardworking. We had a few pieces of furniture that we needed to move around multiple time to find the best fit, and the crew took the time to ensure that we were 100% happy with the placement of everything. Worth every single penny!!!!! They showed up on time, worked really hard and were very polite. I tried to make sure everyone had water and sandwiches because it was god awful hot and a third floor walk up but they wouldn't take anything until they were done. They even helped to get our couch hoisted up over the balcony. I should've paid more attention in physics because how they had the arm strength to do that I cannot comprehend. Would definitely hire again!!

Just used Stairhopper for our recent move and the service was excellent. They were great with communication leading up to moving day, and then our movers helped make the move itself such an easy and seamless process. They were very efficient and took great care of our stuff - even managed to help repair a previously wobbly table when reassembling. Would highly recommend!
