The property is beautiful and apples are large, ripe, delicious and bountiful. However - navigating our way through the entrance to the parking area was rough and poorly guided, going both ways. We also had a pretty small crowd and were surprised they didn't offer a larger variety of deals. I only wanted maybe 2 donuts TOPS but 6 was the minimum so I opted out. Apples were $20 minimum for 10 lbs but my family can really only eat half that before they lose freshness. Was a good experience overall though - no regrets !

Best time of my life picking apples. Owners are very nice and helpful. The apples put store bought apples to shame. Went apple picking two days in a row, donuts were delicious. Took lots of apples back to Baytown Texas for family and friends!!

Had a fantastic time here at Shelburne Orchards! We are from out of town and wanted to do some apple picking! This was just the right place! Lot of fun spots to take photos plus great varieties apples to pick from! People were really helpful and friendly and couldnβt help but grab a bag a fresh cider donuts while we were there! They had a wine and whiskey tasting room that was a lot of fun! If youβre looking for a good apple picking place, this is a great spot!

Ringo Matsuri is the name of the festival. There are a bunch of Taiko groups that come to perform together here. The Burlington group that hosts this festival is called Burlington Taiko. Thanks for coming!
We only have a few Baldwin trees that often go to brandy, but if you come out at the end of October, ask us and we can take you to grab a few!
Hi! Our senior days are Thursday and Friday, October 17th and 18th this year.
Hi Keenan, Thanks for reaching out! No, the donuts are not Vegan as they have both egg and dairy in the mix. Thanks for asking!
Hi Sheila, We do not ship apples unfortunately. But to answer your second question, MacIntosh Apples are ripe starting in the beginning of September (a little more tart and crisp) and go through the end of October (a little sweeter). So it depends on how you like your Macs. I think that the end of September / early October is when they are at their peak!
If you want to bring them back we will take them! Thanks!
You'd need to contact the orchard directly for that.
I've seen people there with dogs, I don't think they say officially on the website
Yes. Our drops are 1/2 the pick your own price for each variety. Also, we have a sale at the end of October each year where we offer a lower set price for folks to fill the back of their pickup truck or the trunk of their car. We call it 'truckload weekend.' Check our website for this year's dates and prices.
