The rates are very reasonable, but the sites are also a bit on the smaller side. However, they have a pool and Laundry/Bath house on site which make an extended stay more comfy. Plus, it's so convenient being minutes away from almost any type of store or restaurant you may need. The site map and directions given by office staff were very clear and both sites I stayed on were nicely leveled, no monkeying around with blocks or Jack's which was nice. There is a dump station, I believe they charge a small fee for. And they offer cable TV and WiFi. Nice little place.

Stayed here a week between the end of July beginning of August '22. Two of us stayed in a cabin and family members had a camper a ways down, both spaces left much to be desired. First of all the RV area specifically is cramped together, not even enough room to park the truck in the space everyone had their vehicles parked on the side coming in. The place advertised a playground, two pools, and wifi. Just a heads up only one pool exists, the playground has been taken away, and the wifi hardly works - we ended up using our data because of that. There's also "laundry rooms", don't get excited the one up by the cabins are very dirty and old and consisted of one washer with a 10 pound limit and one dryer which was out of order. The one in the RV section was again dirty and very old had one washer and two dryers one of which was broken. In our cabin the beds were fairly comfortable, we had issues maintaining the temp on the mini fridge. The bathrooms are extremely small and our sink had a pipe leak which soaked everything below and the shower was very stained. The camp is also directly off route 7 so if traffic noises and sirens are not for you I do not suggest this campground. Finally, the worst thing I belive that happened, and we have yet to confirm whether this person was actually a campground employee or just a very rude long term camper, but about 8:30 one night a man from a camper down the trail road his bike to my grandparents campsite and very rudely claimed he ran the campground at night and told her that they needed to quiet their dog down - an understandable ask however the f-bomb and numerous other profanities were very unnecessary considering it was their only warning and it wasn't even the 9 o'clock "quiet time", if that's how things are handled around there I'm not sure anyone stays there, completely unprofessional and unpleasant.

What a great place to camp. Awesome atmosphere. Bathrooms are really clean and well taken care of. Quiet. The spots are clean and well taken care. It's a 4th generation owned campground so there is pride in ownership. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We had a really great time here. I just want to point out that all the lots are not grass! And you are pretty close to your neighbors. They can definitely hear and see all through the thin row of trees seperating the campsites. But overall, great place!

I have personally seen people storing campers here as of last winter 2021.

They do have a limited number of year round campsites. Site fee plus utilities.
Yes.
Hi Chris! How much it would cost depends on a lot of factors including whether you would have water and power on your site or neither. We are also currently running at half-capacity and have limited hours. All reservations require a phone call to our office and one of our staff will be happy to help you! Our number is 802-985-2540 and we’re here 9am-5pm. Since we do have limited hours, should you receive our voicemail, please leave your name, a number and a good time to reach you. Thanks and have a great night!
Yes they are open year round even through the winter months
Clearly, the owners are the ones to answer your question, but i will say from observation that there are clearly year-round, long term campers there, and would expext that rates would be adjusted based on duration of the stay.
Yes been going for 6years. Have your pets up to date with vaccinations.
