Messed my order up, as McDonald's always does, don't know why I bothered stopping, now I don't get to eat lunch today, they should close every one of them

Food is usually good, but McDonald's app lets you mobile order. Then, when at the restaurant, you have the option to select picking up your food in the drive-thru, which I do at every fast food place. I ordered here, and even though I paid through the app, was told to pull up to the first window. I did, though I assume it was a mistake because the cashier asked if I had the mobile order, and I said I already paid. I realize this probably looks suspicious to the terrible managers who train employees to assume every customer is trying to steal, but I did actually already pay, and the fact that I was the only person in line combined with a single look at their screen could've told them the mistake was on their end. When I puled up to the second window, the cashier was there standing with the second window worker, and nodded to him. When they gave me my drink, he asked "you had the coke?" As if he was suspicious. Then he asked me to pull around into a parking spot. This is an option on the app, but I like to avoid that, so I select drive-thru every time. I select it for a reason, yet they told me to pull up. I waited 10 minutes for someone to walk out in the cold with my bag and try to find my car. All this because of a small error (telling me to go to the payment window when I had already paid), but these small errors add up and make things inconvenient.
