If I could give zero stars I would. When we arrived I was told it would be a wait. No problem we waited in our car for an hour and a half. We get called back in to the room, and this PA couldn’t be bothered to give my daughter an actual assessment. Just said it was a virus, thankfully my mom gut instincts were to bring her somewhere else. As she has a swollen ear drum that is bright red, and is being treated for possible pneumonia. While understandable you are trying to see as many patients as possible as you are busy, it’s very unethical to rush the patient setting in front of you out of the room and on to the next patient. We will no longer be utilizing this facility and it’s other locations in the area. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I went there very recently for what I thought was probably a Jaw and Tooth infection. When I arrived the receptionist warned they are short on staff and there would be a wait (I had no problem waiting). But I basically got a strep test which was negative and told there is nothing we can do go to ER. But I felt that was basically a way of them to get me out the door because they were short staffed .The ER doctors were SHOCKED I didn't receive and antibiotic as if I was I may have been able to wait for my dentist. As a result I had to stay in the hospital for the night when if I was given antibiotics I may have been able to see the dentist instead. Incompetent staff Avoid this place at all costs.
