Well this place started off good in the middle of 2021 but has gone down here ever since. I've had appointments booked at the wrong office and then had to wait a few more weeks to get re-booked at the correct place while my prescription was unfulfilled. I've had my plan of care changed after was already told that we were going to take a certain direction. I've left voicemails that haven't been returned. Can't keep going on with the inconsistency here and giving my money to this group.

Changed my appointment 4 different times. Then wanted me to reschedule 2 weeks later. Extremely unprofessional. I've had this appointment for 3 weeks and it was for nothing. Update: blew up my phone about my review then canceled an upcoming appointment. Not apologetic nor professional. You think a psychiatric facility would have more people skills than this.

My experiences with Brandon Group have been Very productive and professional. Sierra is and has been quite caring as she has always taken the time to explain the reasons why certain changes occur and follows up with me. A rare find I stumbled upon, as it is difficult enough for me to trust anyone , let alone being persuaded to open up, I could only wish I lived closer and that the appointments lasted longer. I just want to say that I've always been polite with the front staff and haven't had a problem for well over a year now. Treat others how you want to be treated. I used to do in person visits , but circumstances dictate telemedicine which has been a blessing.

Receptionist rude and incompetent. They schedule appointments when you didn't then try to charge no shows so you have to call and cancel the ap you dudnt make. Dr gyno mapped my DNA and suggested any pills I wanted. Also talked about me to my boyfriend who saw her. They charged him co pays and ended up owing it back. Bad place over all.
