I was very disappointed! My initial visit was my only & last visit. It was a rushed & uncomfortable environment, with minimal human contact. I believe that defeats the purpose of dealing with people who have mental health issues. Remember, the doctor is paid for his services rendered to you & pretty much works for you, so never be afraid to say - NO THANKS!

Leandra is kind spirited and listens with concern and takes a step forward , if you’re seeking therapy , I enjoyed her service as you can feel her comfort in the room.

Don’t do it. I went up there three times between paperwork registering and getting appointment. I clearly told them what I was looking for, which was a psychiatrist and a proper diagnosis. I just sat for an hour admitting all kinds of painful memories For her to tell me if I want psychiatric care I’m gonna have to wait 4 months To see a psychiatrist. Perhaps they should’ve said that in the beginning? So I waited a month for the appointment and got exactly what I told them I didn’t want. Can’t solve a problem or go to therapy for a problem that’s not even defined!!! Therapy is a scam

Dr. Franco is the best, I’ve been seeing him for years, he works with me, understands my limitations and he truly cares. His nurse Sondra is also very helpful and I’m very grateful for the care I receive. Without the help of Dr. Franco I don’t know where I would be.

New patient varies on services you were referred for. And yes they work on financial situation. Thursdays are the days for people with no insurance, and it's best to get there when they open at 7:30am. You should be out by 12ish
