I have been a patient at Solace for many years and I have encountered many employees. I am writing this review to let you know about Alicia. Alicia is the best employee by far. She is very pleasant to speak with by phone or in person. Solace is a helpful place.

This place is a joke. I've been with them for a few years and they just keep getting worse and worse. The office staff is very rude. The practice makes you make an appointment for meds then fails to call them in to the pharmacy. Then they make you pay for a second visit just to get the meds from the first appointment.

Dr. Chaudhry and everyone I have had interactions with are exceptional! so so pleased I found Solace Behavior Health. When I call, chat or email I always get a very quick response. Thank you 😊

They never answer their phone and when you leave a message, they never return it! If someone is truly in a mental health crisis, I do not believe Solace will give them the kind of care needed. This place has gone downhill significantly in the last year. I do not recommend!!

Lol yeah i called 10 plus times and left 5 voicemails this place is a joke they dont take mental health care seriously do yourself a favor and stay away

They take Staywell/wellcare. As far as asking your insurance company that is not always true. It is ALWAYS best to call the Dr. office. My insurance tells me so many Dr.'s take them & they don't. It's just easier to call the Dr. Also my insurance company doesn't know of many Drs close to me that DO accept them. Such as Baycare behavioral health clinic in Brooksville. I suggest Baycare. Solace just hung up on me after being in hold for 20 min!
