Verizon …the service for people who are in denial or just not in the no. Listen carefully T-Mobile is number one in mass. T Mobil is the only store I’ve ever been in where you do receive help and smiles. Every time you walk into a Verizon store you are greeted by a “tech jock” a person who absolutely hates you bc the job their doing doesn’t fulfill them. It’s very very angering I will never forget the day I switched even reminding the T-Mobile people who work at T-Mobile why is it this company is so nice to its customers. I went to this store once exactly 10 months ago asked why a iPhone was restarting randomly person did laugh and was absolutely useless into what to do next. I did not come here for knowledge I came bc I was looking to continue this fight. I absolutely love epic Verizon stories where no matter what every employee is consistently a loser. 🤑🥳🤓😎😈👾it’s very exciting seeing T-Mobile dominate the market. You have a great time responding to this I suggest you don’t .

I went to several other Verizon locations, and the people here were the most helpful of any of them. Really great crew. Highly recommend; go here if you have a complex problem other stores can't handle. Note that the posted phone number is just for Verizon, there is no phone number for this store.

I pay hefty $18 a month each for insurance with Verizon for my phones that supposedly includes same day phone replacement and screen repair. My boyfriend came here to see if he could get help with a cracked screen. Was told usually things get done over at Hudson location, but told my boyfriend to go get it fixed at the mall without even pulling up his account. He didn’t realize we had insurance on our phones, and almost paid $300 to get it fixed. Thankfully caught him and informed him of that ahead of time. He goes back in the next day to see if he could get help with screen replacement or phone replacement and a different employee told him to just file a claim online, and there was nothing that could be done on his end and didn’t even bother to pull up his account to see what his options were. Whether this is store customer service or the company as a whole that’s ridiculous and it’s infuriating to pay $430 a year for insurance for both phones and get such b*llsh*t service in person. Now we have to wait another day and do an online claim hopefully having same day delivery as claimed and swap them through the mail ourself instead of getting a replacement from the place that actually sells them.

I have always received great service at this location. Today I came in to transfer a line onto my account from another carrier with an upgrade and to upgrade my current phone. Our rep Joe made us feel welcome and worry free. This gentleman handled everything seamlessly and went above and beyond. Joe, your name badge said Army Veteran on it. Thank you for your continued service to the community. This location is better with you representing it.

yes, they do. However, they do NOT keep many in stock because of how expensive the phone is. But they will gladly order you one... All you have to do is ask.
