Let me tell you Abt this agency I been referred to this agency months ago mind you fresh out of a coma it's been months of repeated phone calls from me and insurance rep and no to my avail then when I did get on line held on g ok r thirty minute got answering machine so when I did say hey let me try again and got someone ! This someone didn't know sugar hunny ice tea and transfer me to guess what a answering machine dnt bother with these ppl their customer service sucks I can just imagine everything else I would never put my life in these ppl hands again not my parents hell no irresponsible¡!!! U will die before u get a response from them fact!

Horrible payroll services. Can't get ahold of a live person ever. Pathetic. Facebook messenger response 10 mins or less. Phone call, over and hour and half on hold.

I love the Northeast Arc....but I do not love the PCA Fiscal Intermediary Department that handles our paperwork. They are so bogged down. If you call, you never get through. You *might* be able to leave a message, but I've never been able to. You can send an e-mail, but they don't respond with all the information you requested. It is SO HARD DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. I am very frustrated. This has been going on for years, too. They need to get their act together NOW and get a good manager in that office. It's a stain on the entire Northeast Arc name.

I was trying to change my PDA and am still trying. No one answers the phone when you call. When you press 0 to leave a message your disconnected or get a buzy single or your disconnected then if you e mail them your email is blocked. Terrible company to do business with people United Healthcare needs to get a new dub contractor this company is totally a waste of time. I am drafting a complaint if your experience had been similar send me an e mail I would like to bring a class action you can join in. [email protected]
