Emily B from the grooming salon of Petsmart is amazing! My dog gets very anxious at the groomers but Emily was very patient and attentive to my dog and her needs. She took her time and made sure my dog was as comfortable as possible and even wrote down a very helpful and detailed report card for her so I knew exactly how my dog did and what works best for her. She suggested the best service to add on and what to do at home for my dog’s dry flaky skin. Emily is very nice, understanding and has great credentials!! You can tell she really cares for the animals and is great at her job.

We had our dog, Raymo, in for a full grooming by Janelle and it couldn't have been better. She is fantastic. Just over an hour and he was done perfectly, without emotional trauma. And of course he looks great.

Very clean store, lots of parking, very friendly employees. When I first went in first thing I notice was a variety of pet products, from cages, tanks, food etc. Most amazing part is the different pets available are out front which automatically caught my attention and my children ran to different directions lol. The floor reps were very respectful and helpful. Some were extremely informative about the pets which I found super because the information given wasn't asked, instead just provided. The guy even helped load the huge tank we bought. Very nice people. They help us everytime we come here. Thank you PetSmart. I would rate a 10 if I could. We love this store.

We were given a 75 gallon fishtank and we got everything we needed here to set up. Also went back and got 3 bala sharks an angelfish and a pleco. Only had them about a week but they are doing awesome!
