I am so grateful for how kind, professional and knowledgeable these guys were in Albany. I went to the Mavis in Schenecdaty after work today but all of them had a 1.5-2hr wait. I was overdue for an oil change . I came in hoping I’d just get my tires fix ( it was slowly going flat) but it turns up I had a puncture in the tires and needed new ones. I didn’t know how I was going to pay for new tires (instead of $27 to fix) and Full synthetic oil change. He worked his magic found me a coupon and I was able to pay both. And I was in and out pretty quick. Thank you so much.

Had to get a new battery. Luckily it was covered under warranty. They had notified me that my positive terminal was in need of replacing and that they could get it done quick and easy. Had one of their guys run over to advance to grab the terminal and installed within a few minutes. Very quick and communicative team.
