These guys are the best!!! I just moved to Albany with my very first car for college and Roy specifically has been extremely helpful for me and my family. As a female who doesn’t know much about cars, it is comforting to have a team of reliable and trust worthy mechanics just a phone call away. Roy is very personable and patient as he takes the time to make sure the client understands any issues the vehicle may have and what it will take to resolve it - all in a timely and professional manner. I once had an issue with my heat in the midst of winter here in Albany so I dropped my car off at the shop where they were able to resolve it quickly and sufficiently. All of the employees i have encountered here display excellent customer service and they have gone above and beyond for me. I recently locked my keys in the car and another employee, Ray was there to help me out In less than 10 minutes. If you need reliable car assistance I highly recommend this location, they do great work! 11/10
