If I could leave no stars I would. Visited this location for a part, wasn't in stock and they had to order it. Was told to comeback today after 10:30. Drove all the way back it was 11:15. I was told the truck was late and I would have to wait for them to release the order. I asked to use the restroom and was told No. Not my fault I was given bad information. Not my fault your truck was late. So for your employee to be rude...is unacceptable. My order wasnt much...but I told him to just cancel it and he smarted off to me again to me. To Amber at Grainger ...I did send an email to customer service and chatted with an agent.

The store front is basically closed. No browsing. You have to talk to someone who looks it up on their website (I could do that at home). To top it off their CC machine is NOT chip enabled so it wouldn't take my card. Then they tell me "we are not doing cash". I've shopped online with them a lot, but not sure I'll give them another dime.

Didn't have what we needed in stock for our RV but we able to order and will be here in a few days. Nice friendly staff.

I was very disappointed in in my service experience with pepe , I would give a half star if i could . All i needed was a quote for my company .He was very rude in every way shape or form .
