Usually come to drive thru and never have had a problem. Girl or lady who was at the drive thru had such a big attitude. I asked what kinds of donuts they had available and she sighed extremely loud it really bugged her. I didn't end up getting anything i was really upset. It's to bad that customer service was not great at all. Do better. Today June 29th 2022 @2:20-30ish.pm.

This happened last week around 5/3/22. I guess brothers work there and 2 brothers were outside fist fighting and one of their girlfriends work there as well and one of the brothers were beating on her. I got out my truck to help the poor girl and she repeatedly kept calling me a n*****. Mind you, she is white and her bf was mixed. I back off till the cops came. I guess she loved getting beat up. This dunkin is the worst and most ratchet. Close it up. P.s if you do go to this dunkin have your phone pulled out and have it recording for your defense. I feel like cops get called here a couple times a week.

This used to be my favorite dunkin location since my drink it always made perfectly. The last several months, every time I stop at this location the attitude from the employees is ridiculous. I work in customer service, I understand having a bad day and being understaffed can get frustrating. With that being said I go above and beyond to kill with kindness because I know how it can be, and the fact that they still constantly treat customers like they're the biggest inconvenience to them is an issue that nobody who works there seems to have a problem with.
