Very big store with a big selection of fish, most fish tanks are well maintained and fish look healthy. Prices seem the same to most other stores in my area. I gave 3 stars because service here is definitely questionable, given ive only been here once and I haven't talked to all the staff but during my experience if I were trying to buy a fish I probably would've been in there for at least an hour. I didn't ask any questions but when I was waited on the kid seemed very young (looked 15 or younger) I just cant imagine someone this young having the experience necessary to advise anyone buying pets but I could be wrong i didn't ask. The other girl that was there when I went I only saw taking care of 1 customer during my whole visit which was about 30 min, she was also dressed very improperly for staff in a pet store.

The Fish Place is great! They have a large supply of everything you might want for your aquarium, fresh or salt water. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have debated for weeks about posting a review about The Fish Place. The rating that I am going to give is two stars because, the prices are great and they have a wide selection of fish and tanks and supplies. However some of the staffing is horrible; there is one female worker there, and I believe anybody that has been in the store knows who I’m talking about she’s tall, and dresses improperly. She has the rudest attitude I have ever seen out of someone that does customer service for a living. She ignores you, she’s snappy, and I’m gonna go the extra step and say she’s racist. And there are another one or two of the employees in the store that are horrible at customer service as well, but aren’t as bad as she is. I frequent many different pet stores Including surrounding areas and I must say that this store has the best prices, and have the cleanest tanks, but they do not have the best fish as far as exotics go. And with that being said I do think the owners need to clean house because they have few bad apples employed there that I’m pretty sure have ran off several customers. Some of them will even go as far as to try and talk you out of buying certain fish or refusing to give you service. So if I can avoid it which I can not always do I choose to go into Lockport and shop.

Haven't been in here in a couple years . Eric was very helpful and he sold me my original fish that were in my tank . His customer service is great and helpful . Plus my military discount applys which is helpful . Ask for Eric for everything you need for your supplies and fish

Yes, especially during the summer months they have a nice selection of koi, and usually some different goldfish on hand.
Yes
I haven't been there in a couple of weeks but they did have pea puffers then.If your new to fishkeeping then they are the easiest to keep. They are hardy and don't require a lot of special care.If you mean plecostamus as sucker fish then yes they do have those several different ones. The bristle nose are the types I have. They don't get too big and help keep the tank algae free. They do like to munch on drift wood,so make sure you include some in the tank, also algae wafers.Have fun !
Must wear a mask into the store and Must keep it on
Could not tell you. I don't think so
They'll try to get whatever you need within reason if its available
