For a small local hardware store, they have most of what you may need to fix/ repair many household items. Granted they are not a big box store, but a perfect asset to the community.

It's a decent store. Clean. Friendly. They don't always have what you need and there's little variety. But I have used a lot of products/parts from this location and never had any problems. Will be back again. I'm a local so it's quicker than driving out to Lancaster or batavia

Yes they are. I do believe they have a hiring day. I would call the store to find out when you can go in fill out an application and speak to the manager the same day.
