5/5 all the time. Usually under 20 minutes even with other customers. If phone number doesnt pick up they have 2 of them with only the last number being a 3 or 4. I love how theu let me custom my meals, i am very picky and ask them to add and remove certain things, and they seem to be fine with it. Cant beat the lun ch specials prices either.

I don't care what kind of mood The guy at the register is in...I love the food. I think it's the best around and have driven here for years, and will continue to do so

My daughter and I walked in. We could see about 4 or 5 people cooking. We stood there for a few moments to see if someone would come up to us and ask us if they could help us but no one did, so I spoke into the speaker and said hello. Finally someone came to the window and I said I was here to pick up an order. He did confirm the order and then he put the bag through the slot. My daughter paid for it and we left. He never said thank you for coming or anything. Very unfriendly staff, the food did not taste that great and the portion sizes were small. Also, when I placed the order by telephone, I asked for soy sauce and hot sauce to be placed in the bag. When I got home there was nothing in the bag except the food - no soy sauce, no hot sauce, no duck sauce, no napkins. I will never order from there again.

I don't remember ever leaving a bad review for a place before but it had to be done. Food was edible somewhat. The guy who cashed me out didn't say a word. On he phone when I walked in so I politely waited. When he hung up he just stared at me until I told him I was there to pickup my order which was waiting on the counter. He just tossed it in to the slot took my payment and walked away. Almost left one star because of his lousy attitude but the food wasn't horrible so I give it 2. Portions are medium at best. Ordered 2 things and it was $19 which is expensive compared to my favorite place in depew. Next time I will definitely be making the extra 15 minute drive.
