Produce is old, prices way to high for what you get. Go to federal meats, cheap and fresh. Even carry your order to your car!!

Tops is a 3rd rate market. Rude, poorly trained employees and high prices. Don't shop there, don't like them Wegmans is nice, prices are more resonible than you think and great quality. Save A Lot and Aldi are better than Tops.
That's what rainchecks are for. Tops has removed the expiration from their rainchecks so the product is always on sale as long as you have a raincheck. This is a small store with very limited stock. Try a larger store. This sale was a loss leader meaning it was designed to bring large numbers of consumers to the store. Always expect loss leaders to sell out quickly. My local Tops gets a supply truck in on Wednesdays and Fridays. Knowing when your store gets new stock shipments will help you plan your shopping trip for popular sale items. This is a question for the stocking staff not the customer service desk; they know which product come on what days.
