I usually do my laundry here because it's never crowded, but it's not particularly clean, and there's always at least one person there not wearing a mask. It would be good if the owner could put up signs saying that masks are required (and in such a small space at the height of the pandemic, masks are needed).

Pros: Convenient location, quiet, not to many people (at least when I've gone), coin machine works, cheaper than some other places Cons: Small place, not much comfortable seating, no bathrooms, machines not always clean, floors and rugs need to be cleaned

I was there about 30 years ago when I was 8, I believe there are a few machines from back then still there. Very small place.
