Due to my job, I have to move a lot! I was resident at Muir Lake Luxury Apart. for the past 2 years, I had the best experiences with this location! It is a newly built and luxury Apart, with the best service and maintenance that you would expect from an apartment complex. I have to give all the credits to the property manager Diana! Diana is a very nice, cooperative and responsible lady, she does care about the tenants and always available, if you have any issue with the maintenances or something else, she is going to take care of it immediately. You may pay a little bit more at this location but it really worths. I definitely recommend this beautiful and calm complex 👍🏼

I lived there for a year, the management of Muir Lake is wonderful always helped with everything. They installed bicycle racks on our request. I have lived in other apartments near university area but definitely this was my best experience. Special thanks to the Manager Diana.

Do NOT rent here. Lived here for about 9 months and was moving out when the laundry room flooded with human sewage. I had to stay in a hotel, around $600 worth of damage to my belongings. Manager told me it was “rust” (obviously a big lie) and when I came back to the apartment after being told it was cleaned, there was human waste still all over the laundry room AND gloves with human waste left on my kitchen counter. To top it all off, all calls were dodged and my hotel bill was NEVER paid after I was promised reimbursement. The best part - it happened AGAIN the next night.

My family are tenants at their Muir Lake Property. They towed my vehicle for "illegal parking" while I was visiting. They have NO signage that details their guest parking policies. Would have appreciated a courtesy call instead of a surprise $300 towing fee. When I reached out to talk with someone they didn't respond. Such a disappointing experience. Seems they prioritize their company policies over their own tenants and guests.
