I had a good Italian mixed sub. I'll be trying a different one in the future. Service was good. Beverage selection could be better. If the rolls were more like the competition a few blocks away, it would be a difficult decision as to whose sub is better.

So good! Brisket sandwich is just the right amount of salty with the arugula and horseradish it is a perfect bite. Chicken parm is delicious and tender, bacon egg and cheese is classic two eggs, yolks are exactly right. Really excellent food. This place is a gem.

Never been to upstate New York, did a Google search and found the excellent reviews for Fat Paulies and I thought I’d give it a try. Did not disappoint. The gal at the counter greeted me right away gave me time to review the menu and even offered me her opinion when I couldn’t decide between two sandwiches. Ended up getting the brisket sandwich and it was exceptional so I decided to go back the next day and get the Ruben. I was greeted when I walked in and again totally awesome food, delicious and messy just the way a good sandwich should be ! Thank you🙏

The fat Paulie special! The chicken Parm! Too many choices... And none of them wrong. This place is NOT to be missed. It has real potential to be a franchise. And what a world dominating franchise it could be.. assuming no degradation of product/service.

Thank you for the question. We are in compliance with all New York State regulations, which are some of the most strict in the country. Staff wears masks in the deli all day. Upon arrival to work, each staff members temperature is taken by a manager and they answer the 5 NYS mandated questions regarding COVID exposure. All this information is kept in a log (not the actual temp, because HIPA). All surfaces are sanitized on a regular basis all over the deli and anything that customers come in regular contact with are sanitized immediately after, including the tables, POS system and credit card machine. We also added hand sanitizer stations in the deli and at the register.
Hi! All food is ordered at the counter and packaged to go, but there are tables if you want to sit down and eat at the deli.
