We haven't been in quite some time since it changed from Roma to Cardona. I have to say it definitely isn't the same in many ways. Our lunch wasn't near the quality of Roma's .and the lettuce in the salad had gone by. The feeling from the staff was very tense and not what we were used to from the deli guy's at Roma's . The process was actially slow and very awkward. The one positive I would say is the two girls at the register were very friendly and helpful .

Don't know if its the same rude guy as others speak about, but I have let the person behind me go so I don't have to be waited on by him. I also think cleanliness and appearance are important if you're preparing food at a deli. I don't feel comfortable going here anymore. Miss Romas and their staff.

They'll always be Roma's to me!! Best subs in town. The staff jam pack your sandwiches and everything is top quality. Highly rec

Absolutely fantastic food. I had a chipotle chicken sub with sharp provolone, L, T, O and mayo. The bread was one of the best rolls I’ve had in ages! I picked up a container of macaroni salad as well… my wife sent me back the following day to pick up a pound of it to accompany our dinner at home. It’s now my favorite deli in Saratoga!
