We had a lot of fun here there's always different events and the event that we went to ...it truly was a blast the people were amazing and there was one staff member who really was amazing I really wish I can remember his name it was a unique name and I know he rides a motorcycle and he went above and beyond his duties of making sure that my friend and I got back to the hotel safely as well as the DJ there that night and I'm extremely grateful for that

When it was being built I can remember that this was supposed to be a Middle East Downstairs or Palladium for north of Boston/Worcester, they were right. Venue gets plenty of metal, extreme or normal, that would find at the aforementioned clubs. Location is easy off the highway, parking is tricky. Large bar area to sit and the sound is great. Throw up your horns and elbows for a good time.

My first time being here, during the Still Panicking Tour for From Ashes to New. Loved it all. My only complaint, & it's minor, is that the bathrooms were way too small. Other than that, the staff was pleasant & did an awesome job.

Well kept and clean establishment. Staff was friendly. Restrooms were clean, which was a huge plus, most clubs have unusually dirty restrooms. On the downside, the VIP ticket holders were let in 90 minutes later than promised (we were supposed to be in for sound check and "drink specials"). We missed almost all of that. There were no "drink specials" (but there was a good selection of beer and spirits). All in all, it was a great night, despite the delays. I would definitely go to another event there. I won't blame the venue for the delays, these things occasionally happen, and the night went on and was enjoyed by myself and my party. The short version: •Excellent, clean, will kept establishment •Unexpected Delays, which I won't hold against the staff (as these things can happen) •Had a great time •Would go back

Certain events yes! they will get an X drawn on their hand, and i think they won't receive a a wrist band. So if they don't have one they either won't serve you or they'll as for ID
That's a very broad based question. What's NOT allowed are weapons of any kind or anything that could be used as a weapon. No outside beverages. No one without a valid ID. Hope that helps. If you have a question about something more specific let us know.
Hello, There are no mandates from the Governor’s office or our local city officials at the moment for any restrictions. If such an order is mandated at sometime in the future, we will follow the mandate, but until then there are no requirements.

Hi Carmella, we are one of the few businesses that offer parking on our property. We can accommodate around 25 to 30 cars... And there is also a municipal lot across the street that is either free or maybe a couple bucks by now. You might also be able to find street parking on Depot St, to our right. The businesses to our left and right have been known to tow however, so I would not recommend parking there.
