Hi Mark. If you live, work, go to school or own property in Manchester, then there is no charge to obtain or renew a library card. If none of those things apply to you, then you can get a non-resident card which costs $50/year. If you lose your library card, there is a $5 charge to replace it.

No, the West Manchester Branch Library currently does not have weekend hours. It is open Monday-Thursday 12:30-5:30 PM, and Friday 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM.
