They are terrible and haven't been giving assistance to whom really need it!!!! They are getting better since my recent visit with the time you have to wait. Before you might spend a whole day in there waiting for assistance whereas now they're becoming more organized and getting assistance to those waiting at a faster pace.

Terrible very rude staff working here. They look down on you and treat you like your not worth there time. There is one lady at the front counter with blondish hair who is very kind though. I wish they could all treat the people better like her. Most of the people who end up in that situation aren't trying to abuse the government. Some people unfortunately lose their job and can't afford to feed their family or are suffering from a physical or mental illness that prevents them from working and ended up desperate and have no where to turn but to them. Everyone of us are human beings and should be treated with kindness and respect.

They are organized and the lines move rather quickly. The parking is horrible because the spaces are so close together. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The place got worse. They now cut all the food stumps for all of their clients. I think they are in financial government problems too too much ? Do you know that peole can produce the food by their own ? So I think it is a great move by the food stumps people But how about so many people get suffering out of this blue ?
