I had to come here since my state had banned abortions and all I can say is I felt so taken care of & cared for. I was really scared at first because of the other reviews, but Dr. Katherine & Nurse Amy made me feel very comfortable & relaxed. I expressed many times how scared I was for the procedure, & they calmed me down & reassured me everything will be fine (even tried distracting me with conversation to take my mind off what was happening), and they were right! I had a 2-day abortion & it went so smoothly. The first day I got the dilators put in & had minor cramping. The actual procedure the next day was literally a breeze. I did not feel any pain except for immediately after for about 10 minutes then the medicine they gave me kicked in & im now almost 8 hours post-op & i feel great! The wait time wasn’t that bad I waited for about 1-2 hours before each appointment but they make that clear on the phone prior to your appointment so I don’t know why everyone is complaining. I would recommend this clinic to anyone! The doctor & nurse are very educated and know exactly what they are doing. If your scared, don’t be! These reviews do not do this clinic enough justice

I appreciate every staff member in this facility. I was extremely nervous about my procedure and they made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend going here to any woman who needs help regarding their decisions. The wait is the worst part about the whole thing. But when it comes down to it id much rather wait for a good dr then going somewhere who wants to push you out the door.

Amazing staff. I don't know why people are complaining about the wait period. They state when you make an appointment it could be up to 6-8 hours. I was out in 4. Very clean, and they have a cheap price vending machine with snacks and beverages. Dr. Morrison was great.

Ok...ya know what...half of these reviews are b*******. They are a secured, locked down facility with a discreet entrance. Why does it take 6-8 Hrs? Because people come from all areas, outside erie county even out of state. The surgery room? I watched as it was sterilized. It's the ONLY place around here that accepts insurance, one of 2 in the area that performs the procedure. This is part of the price. The staff deals with a lot, and to have them be nice and non judgemental? Come on. What do you people expect? They deal with hundreds of patients in 2 days every week. They tell you the wait, so if you don't listen bring snacks etc, that's your bad!
