It's a place to go if you're traveling and you're really tired and you just want to rest but to have a romantic evening with your special loved one it's the worst place to go there's nothing special about this place the only great thing about the places that you have top supermarket basically around the corner nothing more to say about this place that was good the room I had even had a hole in the wall on the base part of the floor nothing you would want to go to for a romantic evening it's a place that you would want to go to if you could not drive any further and needed to sleep and it's also very expensive for a hole in a wall

They have cost me 2 nights with very little sleep. All night partys are allowed, Non smoking rooms are smoking rooms. This is a motel that feels like deep in the hood. Cheap price equals bad night sleep. Never again. Not safe in any way.

It was fairly clean. No water pressure for the commode and the sink in the kitchenette leaked water everywhere when turned on.

Good clean no frills but basic amenities in room. Close to south campus at UB and dunkin doughnuts across the street. Good rates for the location.
