Stay away! Buying out their local competitor and don’t care for customer service, I’m a customer for close to ten years, recently their customer service is disappointing, canceled my service with them.

I’m not sure what is going on with County Waste,but our entire neighborhood keeps getting missed. This not on bad weather days. After the ice storm I called the following Friday as we were not picked up. They had no record that our neighborhood was not picked up so she sent someone out on Monday. Last Friday the same thing I had to call and they are supposed to come today. How can you miss an entire neighborhood. No calls that there was an issue. They used to be such a great company you could count on the driver to be here just about the same time every Friday. We left this company years ago for the same reason. I know others in my neighborhood are upset.I really hope they can get their act together.

I've been a county waste customer for over 5 years. They are constantly late in picking up and whenever they say they will send a truck out, they don't. I called today and was hung up on. They always say they will send someone out within 24-48 hours, however no one comes out and then the weekend comes and their customer service dept isn't open so I can't get ahold of someone until Monday. By then they say they will send someone out again and next thing you know it's the next weeks pick up day and I've missed a full week of garbage pick up and they don't even try and make up for the mistake. They are so unprofessional and do not care for their customers at all.

I canceled my service due to how terrible the service was. It has been three weeks now and county waste keeps delaying picking up the trash bins. Each time I’m told it’s going to be by the end of the week. Then the representative threatened a $75 dollar charge for each can if they are not there when they arrive. They have been there 3 weeks since I canceled. How long do I have to store your cans before you pick them up. I shouldn’t be responsible for the cans that you don’t feel are important enough to get. If they are really worth $75 dollars each then how long do you think before someone picks them up. Terrible customer service and they don’t return phone calls.

The drivers can se what comes out when they dump them in a camara if it's sorry the report it to dispatch who contacts the customer
