This was the absolute worst KFC dinner I ever purchased. The chicken was as dry as the Sahara Desert and must have been cooked a week ago. I strongly warn would be diners craving a KFC dinner to avoid this location. I will be complaining to corporate

Worst service ever! Rude staff. First of all they made me wait for an hour when I placed an online order. I reached out to the staff multiple times for my order and they gave me the same answer over and over again( still preparing the order) and then finally when i received the order, they messed it up. Included Dr. Pepper while I ordered Pepsi. I don’t see chicken in the chicken pop corn(just felt like I was eating corn flour). I don’t even want to give them 1 star but, had to select it as I want to write the review.

We went to the Niagara Falls Blvd KFC location for lunch and the restaurant was very dirty. Garbages were all full, the drink station had garbage all over it, tables were dirty and gross. After we ordered, I looked in the back when they were getting our food and the kitchen part was disgusting, there was water all over the floor, boxes & bins full of who knows what strewn every where, the counter where food was to be made had stuff all over it. As far as food goes, the chicken was at least hot and edible, the mac n cheese was gross thou with what looked like bottom of the pan burned flecks in our container. We won't be back to this location. Ever.

Miserable staff. Never get your order right. No ice in the wrong beverage on the hottest day. No utensils. No napkins. Long wait always. Staff is always outside… no wonder they can’t get an order right.
